Orders & Returns

ORDER PLACEMENT

1.1 When you place an order with us through our online checkout process, it signifies your agreement to purchase the selected products. During checkout, you'll have the chance to review and amend your order. Upon order submission, we'll send you an order acknowledgment summarising your selections.

1.2 We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1 - 2 working days (Monday to Friday) of order placement. Please note that our website does not display live stock information. If an item is out of stock, we'll strive to contact you promptly to discuss any potential delays. For urgent orders, please contact us to confirm stock availability before placing your order.

1.3 Our acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the items and send you a dispatch confirmation via email. At this point, the purchase contract is finalised, even if payment processing has occurred earlier, unless we've notified you of non-acceptance or you've canceled your order.

1.4 We reserve the right to reject an order: (a) if goods are unavailable; (b) if payment authorisation is not obtained; (c) in the case of pricing or product description errors; or (d) if you fail to meet eligibility criteria outlined in our terms and conditions.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

2.1 If you wish to cancel your order: (a) notify us via email at sales@ifp-uk.com before goods are dispatched; or (b) if goods have been dispatched, return them to us as outlined in clause 2.2 below.

2.2 You can return ordered goods within 14 days of receipt, provided they're in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, for a refund or exchange. You're responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, email sales@ifp-uk.com to request an Authorisation to Return Goods (ARG) form. Upon receipt of the ARG form, we'll issue a returns authorization number (RAN). Please note, we only accept returns of used items if they're found to be faulty.

2.3 Upon receiving the returned goods, we'll issue a full refund of the amount paid. If items were specifically ordered for your purchase, restocking/handling charges may apply, deducted from the total refund value.

2.4 The right to return goods as outlined in clause 2.3 does not apply in certain circumstances: (a) if the product has been used; (b) for software, audio, or visual products where packaging has been unsealed; (c) for products made or customized specifically for you. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
