Wormald 2300 System Zone Module
The Zone Module accepts two core connections from a zone of field devices which can be solid state or normally open switches e.g. smoke detectors, heat detectors, pressure switches, etc. Fitting an end-of-line (EOL) resistor to the last device in the zone enables the module to provide a line monitoring function.
The module provides indication and output signals for alarm, inhibit and fault conditions. It is also capable of utilising the manual, one man test facility which the system offers.
The module has voltage regulation, an on-board 100mA fuse and fuse failure monitoring and indication facilities.
